Introduction

Before letting roleplayers loose on unsuspecting clients, we put them through a selection procedure. This ascertains their general aptitude towards roleplaying and their suitability for the role(s). We work through relevant scenarios and provide background information (where appropriate).
 
 All Simpatico roleplayers are experienced in:
 • working with trainers and examiners
 • responding to the person roleplaying with them
 • providing feedback (stating what they felt/saw).
